1. Any User Submission containing falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage us, the Websites, or any third party;

2. Any User Submission that is obscene, illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, sexist, homophobic, religiously intolerant, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;

3. Any User Submission which does not relate to the larger discussion or applicable topic on the Website.

4. Any User Submission containing unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation;

5. Any User Submission containing sweepstakes, contests, or lotteries, or otherwise related to gambling;

6. Any User Submission containing copyrighted materials, or materials protected by other intellectual property laws, that you do not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary written permissions and releases;

7. Any User Submission which impersonates another person or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person;

8. Any User Submission that contains, promotes, advertises or refers to hate speech (including User Submission intended to vilify, humiliate, dehumanize, exclude, attack, threaten, or incite hatred, fear of, or violence against, a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic);

9. Any User Submission that contains or refers to an individual’s personal data or private or confidential information (for example, telephone numbers, location information (including street addresses and GPS coordinates), identity documents, email addresses, log-in credentials or security questions, financial information including bank account and credit card details, biometric data, and medical records).

10. Any User Submission that gives the impression that such Submission is created or approved, licensed or endorsed by us or any other person or company;

11. Any User Submission that may cause or is reasonably believed to cause any inconvenience or anxiety to anyone else or which is likely to upset, embarrass, or cause serious offense to anyone else;

12. Any User Submission promoting pseudo¬science, conspiracy theories, zealotry, proselytizing, self-promotion, product-hawking, and new-age fluff;

13. Any User Submission that contains or links to any harmful or illicit materials, executable files, or viruses or other harmful software;

14. Any User Submission that is intended to be used to extract money or another benefit from anyone else in exchange for removal of the User Submission; and/or

15. Any Submission that appears to involve or promote third-party commercial activities or sales (such as contests, sweepstakes or other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job posting or employment ads), except to the extent the Gazebo Services makes available an official channel expressly permitting such submissions (e.g., channels specifically designed for job postings or real estate listings).

1. Use the Services to stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone;

2. Use the Services to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct (including by assuming or posting under a fake or misleading identity), or conduct that is likely to mislead or deceive any other User;

3. Violate any law or encourage or provide instructions to violate any law;

4. Use the Services to arrange any in-person meetings for purposes of sexual activity for hire;

5. Do anything that violates our or someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights;

6. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any User Submission, the Services or any materials contained therein;

7. Record, reproduce, share, communicate to the public or otherwise distribute any other User’s User Submission;

8. Post or cause to be posted any Submission which is spam, which has the intention or effect of artificially increasing any Creator's views or interactions, or which is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading or low quality;

9. Use other media or methods (for example the use of codewords or signals) to communicate anything which violates our guidelines;

10. Reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any other User’s User Submission;

11. Use our name, logo or any related or similar names, logos, product or service names, designs, without our prior written agreement.
